Spicy paste is the most well-known and frequently preferred type of paste. It is also preferred because it is easy to do. It is possible to say that it is very popular both as an appetizer and as a paste served while waiting for kebab-style dishes. While waiting for the main course, people sometimes prefer to slightly suppress their hunger by spreading some on their bread without crushing it with the salad.

Haydari is a food that first comes to mind when it comes to appetizers, and can be described as a cold appetizer or appetizer in terms of world culinary literature. Haydarini, the basis of yoghurt and condiment, is easy to eat and tastes extremely delicious. The dill and mint in Haydari add a refreshing dimension to the mixture. Although some people add other spices to haydar, mint and salt should be the main ones. If haydari is made successfully and using good yoghurt, garlic and fresh herbs, people at the table may even feel that there is no need for another dish if only haydari is served. Such delicious haydari, eaten with bread, can suddenly take the leading role on the table. Haydari offers a practical eating experience as it can be consumed with a spoon or fork. While waiting for a meaty main course, appetizers such as haydari and ezme provide a quick snack during the waiting period. Istanbul Ramadan Iftar Menu main course kebab content varies from restaurant to restaurant. For those who will make a reservation for the Iftar menu during Ramadan, it would be useful to talk about the kebab content of Şerbethane Cafe & Restaurant. Thin sheets of dough are laid out layer by layer on the tray. Add peanuts, walnuts or hazelnuts. Fragrant butter and thick sherbet are poured over it. Baklava is a unique taste where all these flavors are tasted separately on the palate. The phyllo dough melts in your mouth with its crispy texture. Then comes the taste of pistachios, the smell of butter and the complementary touch of sherbet. We serve the most delicious version of Şerbethane cuisine baklava with Istanbul Ramadan Iftar Menu. Our favorite among drinks is of course; It is Ramadan Sherbet. Ramadan sherbet, made by boiling prunes and raisins with ginger, clove, ginger and cinnamon spices, was generally drunk by sweetening with honey. Ramadan sherbet is an important Ramadan table element that continues to exist to a limited extent today. We need to protect our cultural heritage, such as Ramadan sherbet, by remembering that these types of drinks are much healthier than today's industrial drinks with fruit and spice drinks.

What do our customers say about us?

It is opposite Hagia Sophia in the Eminönü district of Istanbul. Its architect is Sedefkâr Mehmed Ağa, who was appointed as the chief architect after the death of Mimar Sinan. Sultan Ahmet Social Complex, which was started to be built with a great ceremony by Ahmet I in 1609 and completed in 1616, has the distinction of being one of the largest social complexes in Istanbul. It is also known as the "Blue Mosque" in the West due to the more than 20,000 tiles with floral motifs used in the complex. According to what Evliya Çelebi wrote about this monumental structure; Seven palaces were destroyed. The fact that the social complex is one of the last examples of the Ottoman classical architectural approach has added a special value to the structure.

The best restaurant we ate in Istanbul. It was the first place we stopped after unpacking and everything about this place screams authentic Turkish cuisine. The staff was very nice and courteous and the food was seriously the best. I recommend the Meat Test kebab mix with beef and chicken and ravioli. Both are outstanding at this location. We tried the same dishes at another restaurant and it didn't even come close. I recommend it to all tourists visiting this place. Great staff, authentic food and the price of everything is beyond reasonable.

We stumbled upon this amazing restaurant by chance and had a surprisingly delicious experience. Our server was very friendly and recommended us a traditional dish, Chicken Testi Kebab. It turned out to be quite an interesting and delicious dish. The whole experience made us feel comfortable enough to stay for a few hours, enjoying Sheeha, hot drinks and food. If you are in old Istanbul, I highly recommend Serbethane.

It is a very nice place behind the Blue Mosque where you can eat delicious and relatively cheap food, play backgammon, smoke hookah, and enjoy relaxing background music. The desserts are divine! The most delicious thing I've ever eaten!
